Cayden has the sweetest personality with an even brighter smile. I was honored when the DeLoaches reached out to me for a quick senior session at the high school. I was even more excited when we received one of her invitations with her portraits on it!

Our first baby is graduating kindergarten next month and we are so incredibly proud of the little girl she has grown to be this past year.

Hello Facebook, my old friend
I’ve come to talk with you again😅
is exactly what I sang to myself as I was making this post. I have come out of my social media hiatus to bring an update on the couple from my November engagement session.

Kaysi and James had their wedding a couple of weeks ago and what a magical day it was! With all of their closest family and friends by their side, the love was palable. Plus, who doesn’t enjoy a classic hot dog cart?

To all my South Georgia friends, I will be hosting a fundraiser for the month of March in efforts to help raise money for one of my sweet 2025 couples.

Shane Land is in need of a kidney transplant and is having to raise money by the end of the month to have the transplant completed swiftly. In order to try and help Shane and his fiancée, Kayla, I have put together a raffle and will randomly draw one winner to win my top session package, valued at $450.

The winner will receive an hour session with their full gallery (minimum of 50 photos), access to my client closet, styling guides, and prime golden hour time slot. This offer will be valid for families, couples, and seniors. It is non transferable to weddings and events.

Entries are $5 each and multiples can be purchased. The raffle will close at noon on March 23rd and I will draw their name that evening at 6pm. To purchase your entries, please Venmo me, -Horton, with “Land Fundraiser” as the note. I will add your name and the number of entries in a list at the bottom of this post.

100% of the proceeds will be going to Shane and Kayla to help with the medical expenses and any other expenses that may occur during this process. Marry your best friend.

I do not say that lightly. Really, truly find the strongest, happiest friendship in the person you fall in love with. Someone who speaks highly of you. Someone you can laugh with. The kind of laughs that make your belly ache, and your nose snort. The embarrassing, earnest, healing kind of laughs. Wit is important. Life is too short not to love someone who lets you be a fool with them.

Make sure they are somebody who lets you cry, too. Despair will come. Find someone that you want to be there with you through those times.

Most importantly, marry the one that makes passion, love, and madness combine and course through you.

A love that will never dilute - even when the waters get deep, and dark.

If you’re coming to my Pay What You Can Christmas Sessions on December 3rd, ❄️SNOW IS IN THE FORCAST❄️ but not how you think! We’ve got a little magic up our sleeve and can’t wait to share it with everyone!

There is a minimum $25 booking fee to save your spot and there will be a table set up with venmo/cash app information and a drop station for cash if you wish to pay more. Sessions are 10 minutes long and you will receive 6 high resolution images.
