I talk so much about motherhood because it is literally the most important role there is. If you want to have an influence for good or change the world, then become a mother. When I say it’s beautiful and fulfilling, I don’t mean it’s easy. It’s beautiful because it requires you to sacrifice all that you have for someone else. It requires selflessness, hard work, sleepless nights and making a lot of mistakes. It takes a girl and turns her into a kind, strong, courageous and capable woman. It’s beyond rewarding watching your children learn, grow, wrap you in their arms and love you more than anyone else. Giving your time, your body, your energy, your heart, your finances, your home and your life for children is a sacrifice. It’s in the sacrifice where love grows and it becomes sacred.
