I’ve always tried to be reasonable with our prices. My mindset has always been: if I wouldn’t personally pay that price for something, I’m not going to charge someone else that price.
Yes, our prices have increased since we started in 2017 — but that comes with growth, experience, and the reality of running a business.
Behind the scenes of this “little photography business” is so much more than just picking up a camera. There’s years of experience, studio rent, utilities, software and apps to keep everything running, quarterly taxes, props, supplies, equipment, business insurance, and so much more.
And then there are the personal responsibilities too — mortgages, car payments, insurance, childcare, groceries, and you get the point. I can’t even walk into the grocery store anymore without spending $300+ just to feed my family.
So yes, to some people our prices may seem “high,” and I completely understand that everyone has different budgets. But to the clients who have continued to support us, trusted us, and stayed with us throughout the years — thank you. Truly. 🤍
