What a special day yesterday was for Oak Grove Farms and our Gallatin community! Congrats on the grandest and warmest opening of the store!! 🎉

The community showing up BIG, the prayers over your business, your mission to partner with local and small businesses, and the joy from every single employee I encountered were an absolute blessing to witness!

Oak Grove was actually one of the first local businesses I visited after moving to Tennessee a few years ago. Coming from an agricultural town where year-round farmers markets and fresh local produce were all around us, finding your little farm tent brought me a small piece of comfort from home and such a warm welcome to Gallatin.

Today, while wandering around with my camera, I got to have so many conversations with people who shared their own love for Oak Grove and excitement for this new chapter. It made me realize that the little farm tent that meant so much to me when Tennessee was still new to me has been a blessing to so many others in our community too. 🥹

Seeing that little tent grow into a beautiful year-round store is something special. I’m so excited for what’s ahead for y’all, and incredibly grateful I got to capture a little piece of such a BIG day!

Just about 3 weeks ago I wrote down a goal to grow in my photography on a sticky note and placed it on my desk. Little did I know that God heard me loud and clear! By the end of that week, he had me completely inspired to deep dive into areas of photography I've never done before, meeting with friends to network and ask questions, putting myself out there, shooting more events and portraits, redesigning my own logo and branding, staying up multiple nights to build out a new website (literally sometimes until after the sun came up 🫣), and finally, launching that site today!!

I'm so incredibly proud of myself and excited to share it with y'all! And would loooove if you could take a moment to look at it and let me know what you think in the comments here. 🫶🏻

What an absolute honor it's been photographing SO MANY baptisms lately at my church(!!!), The Warehouse Fellowship here in Gallatin! There's something incredible about not only witnessing someone publicly proclaim their faith and love for Jesus, but getting to capture that undeniable, Holy Spirit-filled joy as they come out of the water. God is moving BIG in our community, and I'm so grateful to be even a small part in celebrating and documenting these core memories for my church fam! 💚

You guys, THIS IS THE CHURCH!!! I am constantly amazed at how much this body of people show up and serve their community with so much joy and I'm very grateful I get to capture that. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
