Sweet Avi is officially ONE, and I get to photograph him all over again! One of my absolute favorite things about newborn photography is getting to watch these tiny babies grow and come back for their milestone sessions.
I can’t wait to see how much he’s changed… and recreate a little newborn magic today. 🥹

When you’re this relaxed during your newborn session, sometimes the milk just… makes a reappearance. 🍼😂
Spit-up happens. P**p happens. P*e happens. And I promise—it does not bother me one bit. It’s all part of photographing these sweet little humans.

Cake smash sessions are about WAY more than just the cake! 🎂🤎
We always start with clean baby photos first — because before we cover that sweet little face in frosting, we need some adorable birthday portraits! 🥹 Then we bring out the CAKE and let baby dig in, explore, taste, squish… or sometimes just stare at it suspiciously. 😂
And after all that mess? Bubble bath time! 🛁🫧 Honestly, this is sometimes their FAVORITE part!
✨ Cake Smash Expert Tip: Practice at home before your session! Put a little whipped cream on the high-chair tray and let baby touch it, squish it, taste it, and make a mess. Some babies are VERY unsure about frosting textures at first, so a little practice can make the actual cake smash much more fun!
