Another New Year’s Eve with these two, and my heart feels extra full tonight. 🤍 Watching them grow has a way of slowing me down and reminding me how sacred these ordinary moments really are. At 9 and 12, they’re becoming more themselves every day, and I’m so grateful I get to pause time, even just for a moment, and hold onto this season.

I haven’t shared as much here this past year — not because my heart hasn’t been full, but because it has. Between a beautifully busy season and choosing to be present with my own people, some client stories I love haven’t made it here yet. I’m looking forward to slowing down soon and sharing those moments when the pace allows.

As this year comes to a close, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude — for my life, my family, and the moments that quietly shape us. I’ve had the privilege of photographing so many wonderful families, watching your stories grow and change, returning year after year to document your love. That trust is something I carry with me every time I pick up my camera.

Here’s to another year of love, growth, and memories that deserve to be remembered. ✨

Ten years together and they still look at each other like they’ve just stumbled into the greatest surprise of their lives. There’s a softness in the way their hands find one another, the way the horses lean in as if they know they’re part of something sacred. Home isn’t a place for these two—it’s this feeling, right here in the middle of a quiet field.

It’s always an honor when families invite me back to keep telling their story — and this one means so much to me.

We’ve shared sessions full of joy and ease, and getting to watch their little ones grow has been such a gift. The wildest part? They’re from my hometown… a place I haven’t lived in for over 20 years. Somehow, Nashville brought us together.

Grateful for the way this work weaves stories together — past, present, and all the sweet in-between.
