She’s here! We welcomed our sweet girl, Adalyn Grace, into the world this past Wednesday on March 18th. 6 lbs 5 oz and 19.5 inches of pure perfection. 💕

We’re finally back home and getting settled into this new life as a party of five now. To say we’re quite smitten would be an understatement. We are absolutely in awe (and our boys are too!) of our sweet Adalyn Grace. She is everything we prayed for and more…full of sugar and spice in the most perfect ways. God has been so gracious to our family, and our hearts are overflowing. Adalyn will always be our little miracle, the precious gift that made our family complete!

We will be soaking in this sweet new blessing for the next few weeks. Jeremy will be returning back to the office with normal business hours and bookings on Monday, April 6th. Karan will join back in towards the first of May, possibly with little Miss in tow on a few sessions! Bare with us as we navigate adjusting back to newborn life. Emails and response time may be delayed of course but we thank you for all the love and support!

Dreaming in shades of green today 🌿

This little taste of warmer weather has us fully in our spring feels over here.

And somehow… we realized we never shared this incredible summer proposal! One of those evenings that felt straight out of a love story - the quiet anticipation, the joyful “yes,” and the cheers from family watching from afar. Pure magic.

We loved working alongside AJ to bring every detail of his vision to life - from the careful planning to keeping the surprise perfectly under wraps. Moments like these are why proposals will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

Here’s to love, new beginnings, and the sweetest yes 💍

A little life update 🤍

Had to hop on the 2016 vs 2026 trend. Ten years and so much growth, both personal and professional.

2016 was full of dreaming, building, chasing ideas, and trusting the process. Jeremy had just started dabbling in photography with his first DSLR, with no idea the journey that hobby would spark. We were both working in our family’s business, Jeremy handling media, marketing, and project support, while I (Karan) focused on accounting and office management. Without realizing it, we were laying the groundwork for the business we’d one day build together.

2026 looks a little different, slower mornings, fuller days, and deeper meaning. Still creating. Still pursuing this dream side by side. Still photographing connection just with more intention, more gratitude, and a whole lot more life lived in between.

It’s been a quieter season here, but a busy one. The end of December and start of January brought back-to-back sickness, but we’re finally on the other side. Still here, still documenting love, family, and connection, and excited to be sharing more of what we’ve been up to lately again.

Thanks for being here, whether you’ve followed along for years or just found us. We’re grateful you’re here!

Right before the weather turned chilly, we had the dreamiest downtown session with this beautiful couple!

We adore our small hometown and our Main Street’s charm always makes the perfect backdrop. When Victoria selected this option for her anniversary session, we knew it would be magic!

Celebrating 10 years of marriage, Victoria and Evan completely knocked this shoot out of the park. We may be forever obsessed with this one ✨

Is that sunshine peeking out again?! We’re thrilled to see those golden rays! ☀️

All this fall rain has us feeling extra grateful for cozy indoor options. It actually reminded us of this spring session that got completely rained out, and with family heading out of town the next day, was the perfect backup plan! A bright, sunlit space surrounded by natural light that felt like a slice of sunshine on a rainy day.

With winter around the corner (and unpredictable weather ahead), studio spaces are the perfect way to keep your session stress-free; no cancellations, no rain delays, just warm smiles and connected moments captured beautifully indoors.

Sometimes the best things in life are unexpected! ✨

We’ve been holding onto a pretty big secret that we’re so excited to finally share. Our family is growing and we have a sweet little one on the way!

This may explain why we’ve been a little MIA around here lately! Since July we have been soaking in this sweet baby that God has blessed our family with. This was an answer to prayer that we didn’t know would happen, and give God ALL the glory for us to experience this one last time!

We’re simply overjoyed and could not be more excited to become a family of 5 in March 2026! ✨

A special thanks to our sweet, sweet friend Meghan for helping us capture the big announcement! We adore you, your support and excitement for us!

This summer we pressed pause and soaked up some much needed family time because our boys are growing fast and summers fly by even faster!💛

Between sessions, vacations, and memory making; we made the most of every moment! We enjoyed two beautiful trips to the NC & SC coast (nothing restores us quite like the Carolina shore 🌊). Our oldest reeled in his very first 16-inch flounder (and it was delish), our youngest conquered his fear of water and learned to swim, + countless other sweet milestones filled our days.

These moments were such a gift and reminded us how important it is to live the memories we so often capture for others.

Now, we’re back rested, grateful, and ready to dive into a full fall season! 🍂

Just when it looked like rain might crash the party… the skies cleared right on cue for Dylan’s epic proposal to Kaylie at the stunning Point Lookout Vineyards! With those dreamy mountain views as their backdrop and a whole crew of excited family and friends cheering them on, Kaylie said YES and the celebrations came pouring in (not the rain, thankfully 😅).

Cheers to love, perfect timing, and one unforgettable YES!

And just like that….he’s 12!

Happy birthday to our sweet boy! We can’t hardly believe 12 years have flown by in the blink of an eye, but here we are! We may be in a bit of denial that our “little boy” is growing up so quickly but we are immensely proud of the young man he’s becoming along the way! His funny, caring, thoughtful, generous, creative self never ceases to amaze us. Spending the day celebrating what a joy he is to our family! We love you to the moon and back, buddy!

📌 As a friendly reminder, we are out of the offices this week enjoying some much needed down time! We will return all emails/messages and be resuming sessions on Monday, July 14th ✌🏻

Jayson & Kayla said said “I do” this past weekend in the most intimate and heartfelt ceremony! This wasn’t just a wedding. It was a full-circle moment wrapped in love, legacy, and meaning.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Jayson and Kayla were married in her grandparent’s home…the same home her late father helped build. That alone had everyone feeling all the feelings! Every part of this wedding had purpose. It was small, personal, and full of intentional + sentimental touches that reflected their story. It was a true reminder of what weddings are really about.

It was impossible to narrow down all the special moments that made up this day. Here’s just a little peek into their beautiful day. Can’t wait to share more!
