This wealth management business owner came to our Herriman studio for a branding session. We used virtual backgrounds to match her brand aesthetic, varied her wardrobe between confident-and-warm white blouse and structured-and-authoritative tweed jacket, and rotated between two pairs of glasses to give her flexibility across different platforms.

âš¡ Same shoot, second act: group photos.

After individual headshots, we pulled the Utah Municipal Power Agency team together for two group portraits in Spanish Fork. Same lighting, same backdrop.

Group shots are deceptively tricky. Eyes open on everyone, no one half-blinking, posture varied enough to not look like a police lineup, and lighting that's even from end to end. The fix is fewer frames with more direction.

💡 Tip: When you book team headshots, ask us to add a group shot or two while everyone's already on-site and dressed. The marginal time cost is small (10-15 extra minutes) and you walk away with a hero image for your homepage, annual report, or press kit.

We brought our full on-site headshot setup to WCF Insurance in Sandy and photographed 50 employees in a single day. Every photo edited, named, and emailed back within 24 hours so their team could update the company directory and marketing materials before the week was out.

💡 Tip for HR and operations teams: When you're planning company-wide headshots, the question isn't just "how fast can the photographer shoot?" It's "how fast can they deliver finished, edited, properly-named files?" Raw photos sitting on a hard drive don't update your website. Ask about turnaround time before you book.
