We can’t believe CFX just turned 7! We have transformed CFXSTUDIOSMIAMI into an awesome studio, work, event, and production facility. Thank you everyone for the support you have given us since 2018!

We started this facility to help and welcome all types of budget with the focus of having any size production at this venue and it has blown up!

Our decision to end the half day program wasn’t so simple. A 4000sqft venue comes with high maintenance cost, supplies, and labor for a quick turnaround daily, making the venue borderline profitable providing a half day rate.

New rates will be as follows as of 01/01/2026

For Photo/Film Work:
$800 / 10 hours
$1400 / 24 hours
$100 per hour over 10
$100 Vehicle in studio fee

New clients require a $300 incidental refundable deposit for the first 3 bookings.

For Events / Shows:
Add $250
Cyclorama Area Use $350
$100 per hour over 10

All clients require a $500 incidental refundable deposit

All amenities on the website are included at no additional charge.

Some additional services will be a la carte.

Insurance COI is required all all booking
No exception.

It’s been nearly three year since our last Increase and we have transformed CFXSTUDIOSMIAMI into an awesome studio, work, event, and production facility.

Our new rates will commence beginning on September 1st, 2024.

Thank you everyone for the support you have given us since 2018! We started this facility to help and welcome all types of budget with the focus of having any size production at this venue and it has blown up!
The new rates will not change for atleast 24 months.

New rates will be as follows:

For Photo/Film Work:
$600 / 6 hours
$900 / 12 hours
$1200 / 24 hours

For Events / Shows:
Friday $1000
Saturday $1000
Sunday $600-$900
Cyclorama Area Use $300

All amenities on the website are included at no additional charge.
Some additional services will be a la carte.

For Last Minute Deals:
Only available 4 days prior to any unsold date
$450 Full Day**
*unless advertised with a cheaper rate.
Events add $50*
*c*c area not included.
