I’m currently wrapping up sessions from May 17th — just two more galleries left to finish and send out! Please make sure to keep an eye on your emails.

Wedding season has officially begun, along with my busy summer family season. Living in a tourist town means I photograph many families visiting on vacation, and my schedule tends to fill quickly this time of year. If you’ve been thinking about booking a session, I wouldn’t wait too long to reach out.

Yesterday’s minis at For-Mar were definitely one for the books 😅 After already having to reschedule once, I appreciate all of the moms, grandmas, dads and kiddos who came out and powered through the heat and the mosquitoes with me.

Despite the weather trying to fight us every step of the way, there were still so many sweet moments, laughs, cuddles, and memories captured. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and for trusting me with these moments for your families.

I’m so grateful for every one of you and cannot wait to share your galleries 🤍

Everyone who has a session with me tomorrow at For Mar Nature Preserve! I have sent everyone an email but i am trying to cover everyone and wanted to post.

I am closely watching the weather for tomorrow’s sessions. At this time, everything is still on as scheduled, but with the possibility of storms rolling in, I will continue monitoring conditions throughout the day.

I will make a final decision no later than 1:30 PM tomorrow if the storms do end up moving in or look likely to impact our sessions. Please check emails and/or texts. I will be updating asap.

Last night was pure magic at Sunset Point, Belle Isle. 🌅

I was tasked with capturing a surprise proposal that was equal parts beautiful, emotional, and wildly romantic. From the nerves before the question to the look on her face when she realized what was happening… every second felt straight out of a movie.

These are only a small glimpse of what was captured last night, and trust me when I say the gallery only gets better from here. Don’t be surprised if your screen starts to fog from the steaminess. 🔥✨

I can’t wait for the wedding at Black Rocks!!! Moments like these are why I love what I do.

Mother’s Day feels different for me these days.
It carries joy and grief at the same time. Love and loss. Pride and healing. I’m thankful for every child who has shaped my heart and every moment that has taught me what unconditional love really means. Motherhood has stretched me, humbled me, broken me open, and made me stronger than I ever thought I could be. Some parts of this journey are beautiful. Some parts still ache. Both can exist at the same time.

Today, I’m holding close the laughter, the memories, the chaos, the growth, and the love that never leaves us — even when someone we love is no longer here physically.

To the mothers celebrating, grieving, surviving, healing, or simply trying to make it through today: you are seen.

There’s nothing sweeter than celebrating a first trip around the sun! 🎂✨
This adorable cake smash session was full of smiles, frosting, and the kind of moments that make my heart so happy to capture. First birthdays are such a special milestone, and I’m so grateful to be part of preserving these memories.
