Last week, High Point Fashion Week wrapped up with a Community Panel & Mini Showcase at COHAB•SPACE inside Melrose Mill - bringing furniture, fashion, art, and design into the same conversation.

From creative careers and hands-on skills to the spaces that help people connect, the evening explored what comes next for High Point’s creative community.

Thank you, High Point Fashion Week, for bringing us together for conversations about culture and community-and inviting our Creative Director, Ken Lewis, to join the panel.

Joining Ken were Danny Brisby of Camp @ Cohab, Beverly Nunley Lewis of the High Point Arts Council, Page Gleeson of Studio 136 Art Gallery, and Cassandra Brunson of design+ by CassandraMichelle.

Cottage Between Two Barns was named a finalist in the 2026 Architizer Vision Awards.

Created for MaMo Architects, our CB2B film explores a home’s connection to the Brandywine landscape and the design decisions that make it feel rooted in place.

We’re incredibly proud to put this work forward on an international stage-and to see the creativity, craft and collaboration behind it recognized.

We’re excited to continue partnering with High Point University and connect students’ studies in photography and videography with the realities of working in the industry.

Last week, we welcomed Professor Benita VanWinkle and her students into the studio for a behind-the-scenes experience filled with conversation, creativity, and connection. They explored the space, met our team, and learned what it takes to bring creative projects to life-from collaboration and preparation to the many moving parts that make each production possible.

At Johnny Davis Digital Solutions, we believe in creating meaningful opportunities for emerging creatives to see where their interests can take them. Experiences like this help students connect their coursework to real-world careers while introducing them to the people, skills, and possibilities that shape our industry.

This custom-built environment was designed to support an integrated photography and video campaign, with stills and motion produced simultaneously within one carefully planned set.

From set construction and art direction to lighting, camera movement and final delivery, every decision served the larger campaign.
