I absolutely loved being able to capture three separate generations from one amazing family! The weather was absolutely perfect for what is supposed to be fall in Chicago! Capturing Golden Hour was great and I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! 🤩

Do you ever feel like there is that one moment where all the stars align despite the chaos? The plan was for a multigenerational family shoot without much flexibility on timing due to family coming from out-of-town. I was recovering from my worst illness in years and it was very gloomy weather all day! I was able to make it from my primary job and just minutes before the shoot, the clouds cleared up for beautiful weather! The kids were able to have nap time and did a great job with the shoot! Just when it can be the most chaotic, sometimes things still fall perfectly into place...

It was an absolutely perfect day, but we only had a limited amount of time to shoot due to the quickly setting sun. But Nesrin and her son were able to take plenty of amazing photos and capture some Golden Hour magic! 🤩

I was driving to St. Louis for work and checked the weather. Sunny skies! I was arriving around the magical time of Golden Hour, so asked Corey and Sammie if they wanted to do a very last minute maternity shoot. Once I actually arrived, I was disappointed to find gloomy overcast skies. But it didn't matter, because this couple absolutely brought it!!! We all had a great time and the photos came out perfect! 🤩 Their upcoming little one is so lucky to have such incredible parents! 🥰
