"I finally caught a break in the wind today and was able to photograph every single placard. Despite the stunningly cold temperatures, the conditions were perfect, and to me, it was worth every shot. This project actually began years ago, but between a busy schedule and a three-year relocation to Florida, I was never able to capture the full set. Now that we have moved back to this wonderful community, I was thrilled to finally have the opportunity to document the entire collection this year."
