C & W brought the perfect mix of elegance and fun to their engagement session in Frankenmuth. We wandered through some of the town's most charming spots, stopped by the fountain for timeless portraits, and ended the evening with ice cream and plenty of laughter.

One of the things I love most about being a wedding photographer is getting a front-row seat to one of the most meaningful days in a couple’s life.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing weddings all across Michigan—from elegant ballroom celebrations and lakeside ceremonies to backyard gatherings filled with family traditions. No matter the venue, season, or guest count, every wedding has its own personality, and every couple brings a unique story to the day.

What keeps me passionate about this work after all these years is the opportunity to document the moments that make each wedding unforgettable. The excitement before the ceremony, the laughter shared with friends, the happy tears from family members, and all of the little in-between moments that often become the memories couples cherish most.

To say I'm exhausted would be an understatement, but my heart is so full. Every couple, every love story, and every special moment I've had the privilege of capturing this week reminds me why I do what I do.

Running a wedding photography business means wearing a lot of hats… photographer, editor, timeline fixer, dress fluffer, professional third wheel, and sometimes emotional support human 🥹🤍

Over the last few years, this little business of ours has grown so much, and with that growth came the realization that our pricing needed to grow too.

Truthfully, raising prices is uncomfortable. We never want anyone to feel out of reach, because we know weddings are expensive and life is expensive too. But we also know the amount of heart, time, energy, and care poured into every wedding day deserves to be sustainable — not just for today, but for the long run.
