When planning outfits for a brand shoot, most people focus on what’s “cute” or “on trend.”

But what photographs as premium is actually very consistent.

Focus on these five things:

Structure
Fit
Fabric
Color
Details

These details make a big difference in how polished, professional, and established you look on camera — and your photos should reflect the level of your business now, not just your personal style.

Actionable tip:
Before your shoot, try on your outfits and ask:

Does this have structure?
Does this fit well?
Does this fabric look high quality?
Is this color timeless?
Do the accessories look polished?

If the answer is yes to those five things, it will most likely photograph beautifully.
