A few favorite shots from when the U.S. Navy Blue Angels flew over our area a few years ago. Watching them perform was impressive enough, but having the chance to photograph them was an experience I'll never forget. Their precision, speed, and professionalism are truly something to see.

Unfortunately, they won't be back in our area this year, but these photos bring back some great memories. I'm already looking forward to the next time the Blue Angels return. Until then, enjoy a few of my favorites!

💔 EXPRESSING OUR CONDOLENCES - MOURNING FOR OUR COMMUNITY's LOSS 💔

The entire team at the National Eagle Center was shocked to hear about the fatal boating tragedy on Lake Pepin this past weekend that took three of our Wabasha community members. They are irreplaceable and their absence will be profound! During this very difficult time for the families and friend of the victims and of mourning for Wabasha and the surrounding Lake Pepin area communities, we send our deepest condolences. May all those impacted receive healing, grace, and abundant love.

A little blast from the past...
There are certain places that just seem made for hot rods, and Rudy's Drive-In is one of them. Throw a gorgeous 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe into the mix, and you've got a scene that could've been pulled straight from the golden age of cruising.
This is one of my favorite images from a few years back, and I figured it was worth bringing back for another look.
Because hot rods never go out of style. 🔥🚗

Nothing quite like the Fourth of July, the lights, the smoke in the air, the fireworks, and the summer heat that reminds me why I spend half the season complaining. 😅
Still, it’s hard to beat standing around with a camera trying to catch that one perfect shot before the mosquitoes carry you away.
