Too much fun at WIBW career fair today! Loved meeting new faces .... especially ones who were 100% themselves. Maybe I am wrong...but one hill I will die on is that showing personality in your headshot is always a good thing. Sometimes we are so stiff that the real us has no chance of ever getting noticed.
