Meet Pastor Jordan Lingerfelt

Meet Pastor Jordan Lingerfelt, Senior Pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Honea Path, South Carolina. Pastor Jordan and his family are originally from Powdersville, South Carolina, and have deep roots in the Upstate. His journey into ministry has been guided by a love for God, a commitment to His Word, and a desire to serve others through the local church.
Pastor Jordan attended North Greenville University and later continued his theological education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. His education and ministry experiences helped prepare him for pastoral leadership, biblical preaching, discipleship, and serving the needs of the church and community.
In February 2025, Pastor Jordan was called to serve as the Senior Pastor of Southside Baptist Church, beginning a new chapter for both his family and the Southside congregation. Since coming to Honea Path, he has been committed to faithfully preaching God’s Word, caring for the church family, strengthening relationships, making disciples, and encouraging others to share the hope of Jesus Christ throughout the community.
Pastor Jordan believes that ministry extends far beyond the pulpit. It is found in building relationships, praying with people, supporting families, walking alongside others through the different seasons of life, and helping believers grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. His desire is for Southside Baptist Church to continue being a place where people can hear the truth of Scripture, experience genuine Christian fellowship, grow in their faith, and find opportunities to serve others.
Alongside Pastor Jordan throughout his ministry is his wife, Ana Marie. Together, they are blessed with four children, and family remains an important part of their lives and ministry. The Lingerfelt family is grateful to be part of the Southside Baptist Church family and the greater Honea Path community.
As Pastor Jordan continues serving at Southside, his heart is focused on seeing the church grow spiritually, reach people with the gospel, strengthen families, and prepare the next generation of believers to faithfully follow Christ.
