"A few years ago I was asked to help out some “High Makamaka” international photographers with their stock shoots in Hawaii. They came. They shot.

I took them to awesome locations, helped them get models and everything they needed to create great images of Hawaii. Then they ran off to sell their images around the world and make money from everything Hawaii. Really; it should be the LOCAL folk profiting from our beautiful Islands, not the 'blow-ins.'

So I asked myself : 'Why them: not us?'

Then uncle answered: 'Cuz no one when ewa try fo’ r
