First snowfall in our local mountains is always something I strive to capture! We've had some teases this season, but nothing has stuck yet. For now I'll share these first snowfall images of Mt Hood Oregon & Mt Adams Washington from October of 2022 ❄️ 🍂

October sunsets in the Gorge keep on delivering 🙌
Hope you're not getting tired of all these yet 😂
Last night sunset (October 19th) was an absolute showstopper! I was planning to do a moto ride then hike up a mountain- but our son Otis decided he wanted to join, so we switched plans and went to everyone's favorite spot, The Hook! He was excited to come along and was very patient as the after sunset "glow" seemed to last forever and I couldn't stop clicking away 📸

Sunset alignment season in the Gorge continues! I've been capturing it almost every evening from different places- usually moving a little more North as the sun sets further to the South for the best chances of sun alignment over the river. Every evening is different and full of surprises 🤩
Grateful for generous friends who have epic views and are willing to share them with me 🙏

Early October in the Columbia River Gorge- so much light and color! 🌞 Amongst the busy-ness of life it's been so fulfilling to get out each evening to seek out and capture the beauty 🙌 Sometimes on our boat, sometimes on the motorcycle, in a car, bike, onewheel, or just from home- there's beauty everywhere 🤩

Happy October ✨
Fall officially started in September but October is when it truly starts to look and feel like Fall 🍂

Sunday funday and natural beauty in the Gorge ✨

Perfectly warm early Fall day with no wind, golden sunset, and a full moonrise 🌝
We pulled off a last minute Sandbar party and enjoyed all the Gorge goodness in the middle of the Columbia River. Grateful 🙌
