Today I closed the doors to JTP Studio for the very last time.

These walls held newborn snuggles, first birthdays, growing families, laughter, tears, and so many milestones. This space watched babies turn into toddlers… watched moms step into motherhood… watched families grow right in front of my lens.

JTP Portraits isn’t ending — but this chapter is.

Thank you to every family who trusted me inside this little studio in Hoschton. You made it more than a space. You made it a story.

Here’s to new beginnings, evolving dreams, and carrying everything we built forward 🤍

As I enter the final four weeks before closing my studio, I wanted to share an update and say a heartfelt thank you.

To everyone who has booked during this time — it has meant more to me than I can put into words. These sessions have felt incredibly special, and I’m so grateful for the love and support I’ve been shown as I close this chapter after 17 years.

At this point, I am no longer offering full sessions. With limited time remaining, I am now offering petite studio sessions only for any remaining availability.

Petite sessions are available for:
✨ Maternity
✨ Newborn
✨ Family
✨ Baby milestones
✨ Children, tweens, and hobby portraits

Petite Session Details:
• 30-minute studio session
• Proofed gallery of ~20 images
• Includes 10 edited digital images
• $500 total, due upfront
• Additional digitals and artwork available after proofing

Because availability is very limited, sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, with payment due at booking via Zelle or Venmo.

If you’ve been hoping to book one last session in the studio before it closes, this is truly the final opportunity to do so in this space.

In a few weeks, I’ll also be sharing one final post/email to officially close this chapter and let anyone interested know about what’s next for me, if you’d like to follow along on my new journey.

This post is hard to write 🤍

After a lot of thought, prayer, and many sleepless nights, I’ve made the decision to close my JTP studio on February 20th.

This space has held so much love — tiny fingers, growing bellies, first smiles, family milestones, and moments I will forever be grateful to have witnessed. Thank you for trusting me with your people and your stories. That has meant everything to me.

The past year has been incredibly heavy. Rising costs, studio overhead, and the current economy have made it impossible for me to continue in this space the way I have. This decision isn’t about passion — it’s about sustainability and doing what I need to do for my family and my future.

Over the next several weeks, I’ll be opening a limited number of final studio sessions — a chance to create something meaningful together in this space before I close the doors.

If your family has grown, changed, or entered a new season — or if you’ve ever thought “I should book one more session” — I would be honored to photograph you here one last time.
Thank you for being here, for supporting my art, and for being part of this journey.

After a lot of thought, prayer, and many sleepless nights, I’ve made the decision to close my JTP studio on February 20th.
