HOW TO CALL DIBS ON STUDIO ITEMS:

1. All current MEMBERS of the studio will have the first option to claim available items. Members are photographers that have paid a monthly membership fee to use the studio over the past year. *not Peerspace members. Member holds will be on August 31st and go in the order of who has been a member of the studio the longest.

2. Public holds will open on September 1st. Due to the influx of messages regarding interest in certain pieces, there will be a LOTTERY DRAWING for the order in which public holds will be placed.

The order of lottery list will be posted in the IG stories on September 1st by 10am. You will receive a text message or DM when it is your turn to place a hold. You will have 30 minutes to submit your hold request and complete payment to finalize your hold. If you miss your time slot, you will be moved to the end of the list.

*I will be making a IG stories HIGHLIGHT with a summary of available items over the next week.

3. To enter the lottery- you can either DM me or email [email protected] with the following:

Faux Haus Studio is unfortunately closing for good and being repurposed into neutral office spaces for use for the remainder of my lease. 😞

With the closing of the studio, we will be selling just about everything that is inside with a few exceptions. If you are interested in shopping the studio sale, we are offering 30-minute reservations for a private browsing and purchasing experience.

✨Items that will be available✨
Furniture, Wall Decor, Neon Signs, Lingerie Sizes XS-6X from various brands including Honey Birdette and Playful Promises, Cloth Backdrops, Seasonal Decor, Antiques, Collectables, and more.

One time slot is allowed per person. As of now, this is the only day we plan to have the sale active. If you have an item in mind you have seen on social media or while renting in the past, we will be accepting pre-orders and paid holds on those items starting September 1st.

All items will be priced prior to the sale and are non-negotiable. No Refunds or Exchanges after purchasing will be available. Everything that is sold is considered working condition and will be disclosed otherwise.

If you purchase large or heavy items, they will need to be arranged for pick up from the studio within 7 business days from purchase. My husband will be available the day of the sale to help move any items needed- we recommend bringing a larger vehicle or truck if you anticipate leaving with furniture. Delivery is not available.

Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Cash are the only methods of payment that will be accepted.
