I made this blueberry curd by sam the other day using Vital Farms eggs and butter. It's so delicious and blueberry-y! I'm planning on using some of the curd for cookies, but would love to hear what other things you would use the curd for 😊.

Cantaloupe Agua Fresca. I had to modify Ana Frias | Muy Delish 's recipe because the cantaloupe from the farmers market was so sweet! This was a super refreshing drink to make and while lime juice is optional it adds great balance.

Brown sugar pop tarts were always my favorite and these bars by Jenna Barnard are super! So much cinnamon-y goodness!

First day of school cookies (a day late 😊). I made Danielle Rye 's oatmeal raisin cookies with some modifications for high altitude (more flour, less leavening, higher oven temperature). Thanks to Kayla Burton | easy dessert recipes for the kitchen thermometer recs! My ovens are super off on temperature 😅.

What I loved about this challah recipe by smitten kitchen was that not only was the bread delicious, the recipe also makes two loaves so you have some for later 😊. Challah is our favorite bread for French toast!

These peanut butter banana breakfast cookies by hannah kling are so good and perfect for back to school mornings!
