Not sure how much original creativity, as far as the more artistic, I will have time for this week. It's filling up quickly, with shoots this week, and a retouch catalog for both personal work and clients that is going to require me to turn out something like 50-60 finish retouches per day....what a great week to be me!

The last few days I've had conversations with a lot of new and amazing people...if you're one of these people, I believe that most of you will be the key to the next evolution of my art.

This world has bet against me since day 1...and that's OK because I've never needed this world or anything it has to offer. All I've ever needed is the willingness to never stop fighting, and the people who choose to trust and walk next to me.

First look at a mixed temperature light experiment, inspired by Jake Hicks Photography. I basically pushed some 60 watt 2k Edison bulbs, then added a splash of flash at 10k....and shot it in the middle ground of around 5k.....got some ideas for the next round with this setup, but I'm pretty into the 1920's carny tent feel of the shoot. Thanks to Mandi Garnsay & David Vega Jr. for helping with my first run at this concept yesterday....
