This was from an alternate day for a few families who weren’t available to come to the “official” summer studio pop-up event at Yellow Rose last month. We set up in my garage, threw on a good playlist, and made cute photos. Just a little FYI for anyone who wants a set-up like this and couldn’t make the summer event, we can make that happen!

Moving day for the Harkins family 📦. The moving truck literally pulled up as I was giving goodbye hugs to this sweet family. I love that Lauren reached out asking to capture one last little batch of photos in this home that held so many memories. Boxes piled up, last front porch moments, the boys running around the yard with the dogs. It was a beautiful morning to document.

Dropping a personal post here because it’s Father’s Day, and this one is my favorite dad to document. Here’s a little collection of Mark being one of the best dads around. From how hard he works behind the scenes while still prioritizing time with his family above all else, to all the countless diaper changes he volunteered for, the shoulder carries, and the hand-holding as he leads them on adventures, he shows up in every single way. He’s the better hair braider, the one who can draw them any picture they dream up, and the one we all fight over for and cuddles. He was meant to be a girl dad. He thrives in every single way. They’re so lucky!

Thanks to all of the good men out there doing it right. It’s a joy to capture y’all year after year.
