I have been traveling to Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles to find a good Japanese Ramen. After waiting for a long time, finally I found very delicious ramen in my own state, Texas. This Tonkotsu Ramen from Tatsuya Ramen in Austin is super delicious. The sliced pork is melted in my mouth. (T.T) Feels like in heaven
