Happy World Photography Day. đź“·
Photography has given me more than images. It has taken me to places I never expected to see, introduced me to people I would have never met, and allowed me to preserve moments that would otherwise disappear.
After all these years behind a camera, I’m still fascinated by the same thing: the ability to take a fraction of a second and turn it into something that can tell a story, create emotion, or simply make someone stop and look.
As Ansel Adams said:
“There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.”
That connection is what keeps me behind the camera—the idea that something I saw and felt in one moment can somehow be experienced by someone else somewhere else years later.
Here’s to continuing to chase light, moments, stories, and the images that make us feel something.
Happy World Photography Day to everyone who sees the world one frame at a time.
