A very overdue thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth at the Kingwood Farmers Market yesterday! šŸ¤

Whether you booked a session, grabbed a business card, entered the giveaway, followed along on social media, or simply stopped to chat, I am so grateful for every single person who took the time to support Green & Grove Photography.

I meant to post this sooner, but this week has been wonderfully busy! Between a family session on Monday, a beach wedding on Tuesday, and volunteering at VBS throughout the week, life has been moving nonstop in the best way.

Meeting so many members of our community (& seeing so many old friends) and sharing my passion for photography was such a joy. Your encouragement, kind words, and support truly mean more than you know.

And donā€™t worry, this wonā€™t be my last market! šŸŒæ I already have more events in the works for Green & Grove Photography, including a photo booth experience coming soon that Iā€™m incredibly excited about.

My next market (so far!) will be Roots of Magnolia Market at Dayton Community Center on June 27th, and I would love to see you there!

I donā€™t share much of my personal life on here, but I wanted to be honest for a moment.

More than a month ago, my husband unexpectedly got laid off of his new job. Since then, Iā€™ve been carrying the responsibility of being our sole provider, and if Iā€™m being completely transparent, itā€™s been one of the hardest seasons weā€™ve faced. There have been a lot of late nights, a lot of stress, and a lot of uncertainty.

Because of that, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you to every person who has booked a session, shared a post, left a review, recommended me to a friend, liked a photo, commented on my work, or simply followed along. Every bit of support matters more than you know. What may seem like a small action to you has helped keep my business moving and my family afloat during a really challenging time.

As a small thank you, Iā€™m opening up one last round of discounted Beach Mini Sessions for the foreseeable future. With everything going on financially, I need to step away from offering discounts after these spots are filled, so this will be the last sale for quite a while.

One day, these little boys will be taller than their mama. The handprints on her shirt will disappear, the bedtime stories will come to an end, and the days of being carried will be long gone. But the love? That never changes.

Photographs like these are a reminder of this season full of laughter, cuddles, and the tiny faces looking up at the woman who means the world to them. šŸ¤ So grateful I had the chance to freeze a few of these moments for this sweet family. Because childhood moves fast, but photographs help us hold onto it just a little longer.
