He said he wanted to ride the sheep! And he did. Im so proud of him for going out there and trying his best. This was his first time riding anything other than me, his sister, or his Auntie 😆
He got 89, and the highest was 94 or 96. Way to go my little-big BFree!

Today was one for the books! On this momentous day we had the honor of hearing from in Pearland.

Then we attended HBCU night to support our band .

After all the sky bridge basketball fun, games, face painting, balloon animals, and snacks😮‍💨… I has the pleasure of meeting one of the funniest men in Houston, . Very approachable and a stand up guy. 🥰

Thanks to The Public Affairs podcast and a FB post from , I didn’t miss the revival of this parade. I grew up with this parade since Shadydale had 100+ girls with Pom Poms on their shoes until the last ones I marched in myself in the band at M. B. Smiley 😊

It warmed my heart to have my kiddos get a taste of the community parade that would bring us all together. And if I’m not mistaken it kicked off the baseball season at Smokey Jasper where the parade ended. 🤔

Couldn’t be more proud of my kiddos today. They put in work! I also had the chance to finally test out my knee by running between gyms to be there for both of them simultaneously 😮‍💨

Being a YMCA kid myself, I’m grateful that they are having some of the same experiences that helped me get a firm foundation in life.

🎉Happy 5th Birthday to my big boy! I’m blessed to have such a boy boy; I mean all boy 😳
It’s never a dull or quiet moment when he is up and moving.

I love his energy, the love we share, and most of all his hugs that make me forget all the moments I tell him not to run, jump, crawl, swing, throw anything, pounce/ sit on your sister, climb the cabinets to get what you want, sneak in the pantry for snacks, or carry the heavy groceries bcuz you’re so strong 💪🏾.

I love our village who show up for him and make sure he is good. 🤗 ❤️
