There’s something powerful about seeing a dancer step out of the studio and in front of the camera. The strength. The confidence. The artistry. And all of those little details that make her completely herself at this moment in time. Dance portraits can be so much more than photographs in a costume. They can feel dramatic, sophisticated, timeless. These are the kinds of portraits that I love to create: images that celebrate the dancer and the young woman that she is becoming.
