Happy last day of Pride Month! 🌈🤍

I couldn’t think of a better session to share.

I don’t get the opportunity to photograph LGBTQ+ couples as often as I’d like, so getting to capture this beautiful proposal during Pride Month felt especially meaningful. I was invited to this special moment by my amazing second shooter, TX Wedding & Family Photographer who is part of the LGBTQ+ community herself. I loved getting to celebrate this moment alongside them.

Every love story deserves to be celebrated, and every couple deserves to feel seen, welcomed, and completely comfortable in front of my camera or any camera.

One of the biggest misconceptions about family photos is that kids have to sit still and smile the whole time.

Honestly… I don’t want them to.

We’ll play games, let them explore, swing them between you, and laugh a lot. Those little moments of movement and personality are what make a gallery feel real.

Your family doesn’t have to be perfect. They just have to be themselves.

Some dates deserve to be remembered long after the high score is forgotten. ❤️

Flashback to when Ryan and Hannah mentioned wanting to include the arcade, I knew it was going to be fun. Between the games, the laughs, and the little moments in between, this session felt so much like them.

Your engagement photos don’t have to happen in a field at sunset. They can happen anywhere that feels like home to your story.
