I love my job. I honestly never know what or where I’ll be shooting next. I like to say I just follow the camera… which makes sense since I’m always behind it. It hasn’t led me wrong yet.

This is a great client—Aerista. Getting up close and personal with these Cirrus aircraft has been a real highlight for me the last few years. I’ve flown one, and yeah… I’ve got my Part 107 😄 but I’m happy right where I am. I just love being around them.

Now if I could just find a great yacht broker… hint hint.

Their story’s worth a read. Built by guys who came up through Cirrus in the early days, saw a gap in the pre-owned market, and built something around integrity, relationships, and actually knowing their product. That part shows.

“The art is in the problem solving.”
Client needed a rug photographed. Normally this involves hanging it and shooting from a ladder — but in a design warehouse, that wasn’t an option. My stands weren’t tall enough, and the clips couldn’t handle the weight.
Just as we were about to give up, I remembered: overcast sky + DJI Air 3 drone = solution. We rolled the rug outside, made a few adjustments, and nailed the shot.
Sometimes photography isn’t just about the camera — it’s about staying calm, adapting, and finding creative solutions.

📍 Rosehill Pet Resort | Cypress, TX
A seamless shoot blending aerial, architectural, portrait, action, and video—captured with care (and plenty of tail wags) at this incredible pet resort in Cypress, TX.
Joined by my wife and creative partner , who added her video magic to the mix. 🎥
We met every kind of dog (and a few bold cats too), explored luxury suites, agility zones, splash areas—this place has it all. Huge thanks to the amazing Rosehill staff for making it such a fun and efficient day. 🐾
Excited to share more soon.

A familiar face on the Houston skyline — Houston House Apartments. I recently had the chance to photograph this downtown icon for .

Back in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, I spent a lot of time here visiting friends. The elevator rides were always... memorable. Let’s just say it had a little “NYC subway energy” at times. Fast forward to now, and the building has seen some impressive updates while still holding onto its mid-century charm.

Originally opened in 1966, this 31-story high-rise was designed by architect Charles T. Young and remains one of Houston’s earliest residential towers. With its wraparound balconies and sweeping downtown views, it’s easy to see why it still stands out today.

Swipe through for a look inside and out — and yes, that’s the mural wrapping the garage and pool deck. Houston landmarks come in all shapes, and this one holds a lot of stories.

📍 Mecom Fountain | Houston, TX
One of the best parts of my job? Getting hired to photograph places that shaped my childhood.
The Mecom Fountain was always the sign that the adventure was about to begin—whether we were headed to the zoo or I was on my way to work at the museum. I remember looping around the roundabout, windows down, just soaking in the view of this iconic Houston landmark.
So when I was commissioned to capture it from above, I knew I had to show it from an angle few get to see. These aerial shots offer a new perspective on a spot that’s long felt like home.
A little history: Built in 1964 by oilman John Mecom Sr., the Mecom Fountain was designed by architect Eugene Werlin. It was Houston’s first major traffic circle fountain—and remains one of the largest in the city.
Fun fact: It sits at the convergence of Hermann Park, the Museum District, and Rice University—making it one of the most photographed roundabouts in town (and for good reason).
Swipe to see the city from a fresh angle 👇

✨ Backyard paradise meets architectural perfection! ✨

When I walked into this home, I knew it was something special. The natural light, the seamless open-concept flow, and that backyard oasis—it all came together beautifully in my lens. Capturing this space for Robin Bailey was an absolute pleasure!

🏡 Inside: A move-in-ready masterpiece with fresh updates, soaring ceilings, and a chef’s kitchen that sets the stage for both daily living and entertaining.
🌊 Outside: The kind of backyard dreams are made of—a sparkling pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit—all wrapped in privacy and greenery.

This one is more than a home; it’s a lifestyle. Swipe through and imagine yourself here! 📸

📖 FEATURED in Professional Photographer Magazine! 📖

From a one-hour photo lab to a 10-page spread in PPA’s national magazine—what a journey!

I’ll be honest—this feels surreal. When I first heard that would be the one interviewing me, I thought, “Wait... why is HE interviewing ME?!” Mark is an incredible photographer, someone I truly admire, and having him tell my story made this experience even more special.

It’s a vulnerable feeling to be featured like this in a magazine for photographers—it makes me pause and remind myself that, yes, this is real. The article covers my journey from film labs to architectural photography, my approach to lighting, composition, and storytelling, and why I believe real estate photography is about so much more than just selling homes.

📸 Tech lovers: My yellow Nikon Z6II made the article! Branding is everything.
🐶 Special thanks to my assistant, Buddy (pictured last), for the moral support.

✨ Twilight, daytime, ground, and aerial—this pool shines from every angle! ✨

Costa Maya Pools crafted a backyard masterpiece, and I had the privilege of capturing it in all its glory. The lighting, the water features, and the seamless design make this an oasis built for both relaxation and entertainment.

I shot this project with a mix of daylight, twilight, drone, and ground perspectives to truly showcase its beauty. If it had been warmer, I might have even grabbed some underwater shots! 🌊

Fun fact: While wrapping up my final drone shot, I had a little run-in with a tree. 🚁🌳 The drone took a tumble, but thanks to insurance, it’s already on its way back—good as new! And yes, it was still recording when I picked it up. That’s a testament to DJI’s durability! 💪📸
