There is something deeply beautiful about being photographed without having to explain yourself first.
You don't have to explain your gender.
You don't have to explain your relationship.
You don't have to explain why softness feels good to you.
Or why masculinity does.
Or why you want both.
Or neither.
You don't have to explain your body.
Your expression.
Your joy.
You can just exist.
And honestly? Sometimes that is the reclamation.
Not being photographed as a political statement. Not being photographed because someone else needs to understand you. But being photographed because you are here.
Because you deserve beautiful images of yourself. Because joy deserves to exist loudly. Because sometimes you want to wear something ridiculous and hot and feel fu***ng incredible. Because sometimes you want softness. Sometimes you want power.
Sometimes you want to look at yourself and think: Oh. There I am.
The fall Reclamation Portraits season is coming soon.
Waitlist details coming soon.
And I can't wait to see who shows up. 🖤
