🌧️ Rain or Shine – We Made It Happen! ☂️
When Nancy told me, “We're doing this shoot rain or shine—it takes an act of Congress to get the four of these folks in one place!” I knew we were all in. 😂

I’ll admit, I panicked a little at first—I'd never shot in the rain before. But now? I want every session to be in the rain! Just look at these umbrella shots 😍 and the way the water sparkled on the leaves. Pure magic. ✨

Sometimes the best moments come from rolling with the unexpected—and I’m so glad we did.

🌸 Mother’s Day Magic – with a twist! 🌸
This year, we celebrated Mother’s Day with a special photoshoot that doubled as a gift for the dads in our lives. 💛

It was such a joy to be in front of the camera with some of my favorite people—my mom, my son, my nephew, my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law. What a fun (and meaningful) way to freeze this moment in time and share it with the ones we love most.

Photos are more than pictures—they’re memories, and this one was a gift from the heart. 📸✨

💛 New Blog Post! 💛
I almost didn’t make it to this shoot. The anxiety and depression from Graves Disease and menopause had me stuck. I didn’t even want to get out of bed. But a phone call with my best friend gave me the push I needed to get outside, take a walk, and show up for what turned out to be one of the most joy-filled sessions I’ve done in a long time.

Robert and Rayla Hearne celebrated 50 years of marriage, and I had the absolute honor of capturing it. From their original 1957 Chevrolet 210 to the house Robert grew up in (and still lives in!), every moment was filled with love, legacy, and stories that matter.

This shoot reminded me how healing photography can be—not just for my clients, but for me too.
