Rebecca + Joshua Wiebers 🤍

This day was SO them. Beautiful, classic, a little bit of blue, and an absolute PARTY by the end of the night.

From Rebecca’s mom hand-beading the most beautiful pearl arm detail for her dress, to those dreamy blue hydrangeas, running around the golf course together, a late-night Yesterdog snack, and a bridal party that made SURE that dance floor never emptied… there were so many little pieces of this day that I loved.

But one of my favorites had to be the very end. While everyone headed outside to get ready for their sparkler exit, Rebecca + Joshua stayed behind for one final dance together. Just the two of them, an empty dance floor, and a few minutes to soak in the fact that THEY WERE MARRIED. 🥹

And then, obviously, you finish the night running through all of your favorite people holding sparklers. ✨

Mr. + Mrs. Wieber, you two were an absolute JOY. Thank you for trusting me to capture it all. 🤍

From a family of THREE to a family of FOUR. 🥹🌻

There is something so special about documenting this little in-between season… soaking up the last moments as a family of three while already loving the sweet little babe who is about to make their crew complete. 🤍

And big brother?! I have a feeling he is VERY ready for his newest little sidekick. 🥹

The baby kicks, the belly snuggles, the tiny hands reaching up to mama, and even the running through the sunflowers… THESE are the moments I want you to remember.

Soon there will be another little hand to hold, another little personality to love, and a whole new chapter for this sweet family. 🌻

A little change is coming to Lexie Marie Photography.

After seeing the continued growth of AI and learning more about a recent court ruling involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about how I share images of the littlest people who step in front of my camera.

As a photographer, I LOVE sharing your babies. Their little personalities, tiny details, milestone moments and the beautiful images we create together are such a huge part of my business.

But as a mama AND a photographer, protecting them matters more to me than having another pretty photo on my feed.

Moving forward, I will be much more intentional about posting identifiable images of young children on my public social media. When I do share certain images, you may see faces hidden, cropped, photographed from behind or otherwise not clearly identifiable.

This does not change your experience with me.
I will still photograph your babies, families, newborns, milestones, cake smashes and all of the sweet seasons in between. You will still receive the same beautiful images in your private gallery.

It simply means I’m changing how I use those images publicly.

AI is changing incredibly fast, and unfortunately, once an identifiable image is online, we cannot fully control where it goes or how someone may manipulate it.

Will this make marketing certain parts of my business a little harder? Probably.

But your babies are more important than my marketing. Every. Single. Time.

Thank you for trusting me with some of the most precious people in your life. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. 🤍

Their memories deserve to be documented.
Their privacy deserves to be protected, too.

These twoooo 😍 Elizabeth + Micah’s sunrise engagement session was EVERYTHING.

The early wake-up was 100% worth it for that soft morning light, an empty field, wildflowers, and the sweetest two people just completely wrapped up in each other.

We laughed, picked flowers, ran around in the morning sunshine, and basically made their engagement session feel like one big date… which is exactly how engagement photos SHOULD feel.

And can we talk about the outfit change?! The brown dress + that golden light was perfection.

Elizabeth + Micah, I cannot WAIT to photograph you two again on your WEDDING DAY!!! The countdown is officially on. 💍✨

Sunrise sessions might officially have my heart after this one.

Not me getting emotional over this family…

One of my reoccurring clients, back for beach minis... Except now there’s a baby on the way. Watching your families grow is the best part of this job.

Beach minis have been such a favorite this year. Blue hour, bare feet, zero pressure, all the real moments.

Willow Tree Minis will forever have my heart 🌿🤍

The way that golden light comes through those branches + all the snuggles, belly laughs, baby bumps and little personalities… SO GOOD.

And this is exactly why I love minis. You don’t need an hour to create photos that feel like your family. Give me a few minutes, let the kiddos be kiddos, love on your people and I’ll take care of the rest. ◡̈

The O’CONNORS!!! 🤍✨

Phylicia + Jacob’s wedding day was the perfect mix of elegant, colorful, and SO much fun. From Phylicia absolutely sparkling in her beaded gown to Jacob showing UP in that red suit… these two had a vision and I was HERE FOR IT.

The warm ch*****ne + orange bridesmaid dresses, those gorgeous red, orange + cream florals, the guys in tan suits, and can we PLEASE talk about Jacob gifting every groomsman a different pair of Nike Airs?! 👏🏼 Every little detail had so much personality while still feeling incredibly classy.

Venue Bella Giornata was the perfect backdrop for it all — an outdoor ceremony, gorgeous greenery, modern + luxurious spaces, and SO many beautiful little corners for photos.

But my favorite part? These two just enjoying their DAY. The laughs, the little looks, their people surrounding them and finally getting to call each other husband + wife. 🥹

Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. O’Connor!!! Thank you for letting me be a small part of such a BIG day. 🤍

Maevery said forget the milk bath… I’m here for the snacks. 😂🍋

This girl had me CRACKING UP. Give her a lemon and she was absolutely living her best life. No hesitation. No sour face. Just going back for another bite like it was the best thing she had ever tasted. 😂

And can we talk about that giant white bow with those baby rolls?! COME ONNNN. 😭🤍

I love how much personality came through in these. This is why sitter sessions are quickly becoming one of my favorite stages to photograph, babies are curious about EVERYTHING, the expressions are unmatched, and you truly never know what they’re going to do next.

Miss Maevery absolutely nailed her Snack + Shoot modeling debut. 🍓🍋🤍

10/10 would hire again. Payment accepted in lemons. 😂

I might be a little biased… but COME ON. 🥹🍓🍋

Little Scottie girl got to be one of my models for this month’s Snack & Shoot, and her first little milk bath session did NOT disappoint.

The big bow. The strawberries. The tiny toes peeking through the milk. And apparently lemons make a pretty great snack too. 😂

This is exactly why I love milestone sessions so much. They’re simple, playful, a little messy, and completely focused on capturing all of those tiny details and personalities that change WAY too quickly.

And getting to photograph my own baby girl in the studio I dreamed about owning someday? Yeah… that part gets me.

Safe to say I think milk bath sessions need to become a regular thing around here. 🍓✨
