ProLocal is growing!

For the last 14 years, the team has consisted mostly of myself and my wife, Sadie, with some friends filling in here or there. Many of you know that Sadie left ProLocal in 2024 to venture out on her own and pursue a career in dog grooming. While she’ been busy loving her new job, I’ve been picking up the slack and wearing too many hats! It’s been fun and rewarding, but hard.

So for 2026, we’re finally growing our team! We’ve got big plans and lofty expectations for the Charlotte real estate market over the coming years, and it was super important to me to find some high quality, talented people to help take some of the load off my shoulders.

First is Leif who comes to us with over two decades of experience in the real estate services industry. He’s been diligently training for a couple months side by side with me and he’s now ready to photograph and measure your listings. We’re actively training him to start offering drone services soon as well! Leif brings quality, experience, and professionalism to the team.

Second is Greyson who has several years experience creating real estate media and is ready to shoot photos, videos, and drone footage of your listings! Greyson showed up trained and ready to go and I am impressed by his body of work and punctuality.

You’ll start seeing both of these talented photographers at your listings closing this year and rounding into the next. I’ll still be around as well for those who’ve grown used to seeing my face!

Sometimes you need it fast. So today we’re announcing that we’ve brought back same day delivery and even stepped it up a notch. We’re beta testing a new service - 2 hour delivery. That’s right, within 2 hours of finishing your shoot, we can deliver fully edited image!

Of course, there are some tradeoffs. Expeditious delivery is made available by automated editing and those with a sharp eye may notice a slight drop in quality.

If you just have to get that listing life today, we’re here to accommodate!

Last kitchen post for a bit, I promise.

Kitchens are my favorite space to shoot in a home. I don’t know why, because I’m not huge on cooking (but I do like eating!). I think it has to do with all the different elements to shoot that you don’t always get in other rooms of the house. Leave me alone in a kitchen and I could make probably a dozen unique images.

Hey Everybody!

Very soon we are going to be adding some new products and services to what we offer for our agents and resale clients.

Mostly pricing will remain the same on base items, with one big exception. We are going to be revamping our video offerings. As a part of this revamp, we will be offering some lower-budget services along with social media content for listings! This includes short form and vertical content for reels and stories, as well as some other goodies for agents who want to start 2024 ON-SCREEN!

With that change, we will be moving our older video service into a more premium category and filming them with a more cinematic look. More on this later.

This will take some time to coordinate pricing and readjust my packages in a way that doesn't confuse our online booking process for people, but my personal goal is to have this done by the end of February! 🤞

In the meantime, if you're booking a shoot with us soon and you want some video content, but not necessarily a full walk-through, let me know!

This includes:

- Reels content
- Stories content
- Quick on-screen introductions
- Short agent led tours
- One-shot walkthroughs!
- Single slow motion shots you can edit together yourself or use as motion content in creative places
- ... and whatever else you might dream up!

I will be sure to keep you posted as these updates roll out. In the meantime, as always, let me know if you have any creative ideas you want to realize for your next listing!
