I know life with a newborn can feel like pure survival mode, but I promise you’ll never regret slowing down long enough to document it. These days pass way too quickly.

Some seasons feel beautifully chaotic.
Half day of the last day of school, editing piled up, Memorial Day weekend coming, trying to keep everyone fed/alive/on time… we have 8 soccer games this weekend…and somewhere in between all of it, I remember to soak in all the little moments.

I used to think every post needed some deep caption or perfectly planned idea, but honestly? Most days I’m just a mom juggling life, work, deadlines, sports schedules, laundry, and trying to notice the little moments before they’re gone.

She’s been with me since the very beginning… through growing babies, changing seasons, and now five beautiful kiddos filling every frame with so much life. Watching families grow while continuing to trust me year after year is something I never take for granted. Loyal, kind clients like this are truly the heart of my business, and I’m so grateful for every season I’ve gotten to document for them. ✨

Behind every small business is a real person trying to make life work.

For many of us, this isn’t “extra” income or a side hobby-it’s how we support our families, pay bills, cover childcare, keep our businesses running, and continue doing work we deeply care about.

When a session is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. We often turn away other inquiries, arrange our schedules around it, and plan financially with that income in mind.

Life happens, and most small business owners understand that more than anyone. But I also think it’s important to remember there’s a real human being on the other side of these businesses, not a big corporation with unlimited backup plans.

To the clients who show up, communicate, support small businesses, and value the work behind the scenes: thank you. It truly means more than you know. 🤍
