Zemlin Photo is in search of a new home. 2500-3500sf, light industrial/warehouse space - North Indy, Carmel, Westfield area preferred. No storefront required. Just trying to network to get as many connections as possible that might lead to a solution for us. We need to be out of our current space by the end of the year.

The Zemlin Photo business moved out of the garage and into a small commercial space in August. We knew the space was a short term solution as the buildings are slated for demolition and redevelopment. It was a chance for us to see how the business would work in a proper space. It's been great.

With every high-end redevelopment that goes up, affordable space for small businesses becomes harder to find. I appreciate any leads or contacts.

The strap boss blank covers are back for the Nikon Z-Mount 400/2.8, 600/4.0, and 800/6.3PF lenses. A few customers struggled to remove the screws on there lenses, so I made an instructional video and can include the proper screwdriver for the screws.

Zemlin Photo has Garageuated. We moved out of the garage one month ago. The business has grown to be much more than my garage could hold. The garage was so cluttered and over-stuffed. Plus my employees were out there in the heat of the summer and cold of winter. The new space isn't fancy, but it is a great fit for our next chapter.
