A wedding day that feels to me like it's been a lifetime in the making. Nothing is more exciting than getting to photograph a close friend's wedding and a couple weekends ago I got to do just that. I've known Kelsey since we were wee bitty little emo children in high school. I've also been photographing her and her lovely partner Seth since they first started dating. So when she asked me to capture her special day at Spring Mill State Park, not only was I honored but I was thrilled. My love of nature could not be contained walking around the beautiful Inn at the state park and capturing their special day. Thank you so much Kelsey & Seth for allowing me to be with you at your wedding. It was definitely a night to remember and I'm so glad I got to witness! Cheers to the two of you!!

I've been so fortunate this year to work with some really wonderful clients. Kelly, EB, & I only met earlier this year but we hit it off really fast. We bonded over a mutual love of hiking and Justin Timberlake. I had so much fun capturing their day at the Indianapolis Art Center in Broad Ripple. It was a fun filled evening of dancing, laughing, and beer... including the beer that Kelly brewed at Sun King. A keg that was killed that night! My favorite part of my job is meeting cool new people and I'm so lucky to have met these two. Congratulations to Kelly & EB! Thank you so much for having me at your special day!

I've been so excited to share the sneaks from this wedding! I was so fortunate to capture the wedding of Shila & Kathryn back in September. They eloped last year but decided this year they wanted to have an intimate backyard brunch ceremony and reception with their family followed by bowling at Punch Bowl Social with all of their friends. It was so much fun hanging with these two all day on their Friday the 13th celebration. It was such beautiful day and since it was Friday the 13th, they even threw in a little bit of spooky. :) Congratulations you two! I can't wait for you to see the rest of the photos and I'm so glad our paths have crossed! I feel lucky to call you both friends! Cheers!

Not going to lie, if there's any way to kickstart a wedding season, I think Saturday's wedding with Mercedes & Otis at Union Station Downtown definitely fit the bill! Surrounded by a group of wonderful people there was no way we couldn't have fun yesterday when you have 30 people in your wedding party! This whole crew was a blast to work with! Witnessing this special day left me humbled. I'm so excited to watch these two grow together as a couple and spend many, many years together! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Brown! Thank you so much for having myself and Rachel with you on your beautiful day. Love you both!
