🚨BIG post alert!!! 🚨

A little over seven years ago, I bought my first camera and took some photography classes. I was a young stay at home mom looking for some sort of purpose outside of the home. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would turn into a real, successful business. But it did. I have had the honor and privilege of photographing friends and strangers. Strangers that followed me year after and year, and became friends. Some of you drive long distances to me. I have captured weddings, engagements, pregnancies newborns, seniors, families, all of it. I have LOVED watching and capturing your families grow.

All of that being said, I must tell you that I am stepping away from photography. I am enrolled to start Nursing School in January and need to focus all of my attention on that. Such a bittersweet feeling. I will miss you all. I will miss seeing your kids grow from year to year, watching those sweet baby teeth turn to adult teeth 🥹. I will miss chatting with you parents after you wrangle the kids in the car after our sessions. I will miss chatting with you seniors during our sessions. All of it.

I’m not sure if this is goodbye forever, but it is goodbye for now.

A little over seven years ago, I bought my first camera and took some photography classes. I was a young stay at home mom looking for some sort of purpose outside of the home.
