Faceless moments from Saturday’s wedding preview gallery for the Robinsons ✨

When you receive your preview gallery from me typically a day or two after your wedding, it’s not just 20 couples portraits ready for your Instagram post, but a highly curated preview of the entire day. I put a lot of effort into this gallery and include a glimpse into every part of the day- guest interactions, details, sweet moments, some family portraits, food, etc. I want it to *actually* be a preview for what your entire final gallery will be, and for you to look at it together and say “wow, THIS was our wedding!”

Mel inquired with me after her and her husband moved here from Idaho, and she wanted to do a couples session that embodied their move to small town South Carolina. They borrowed their neighbor’s truck, put on some boots, and we went to an open field with distant mountains in the back… I’d say we brought the country move vision to life pretty well 🌾🐴

My new branding and website are finally HERE!!! I’m so excited to welcome everyone to the freshly renovated CTP!!!

My name is Catherine, and I’m the ringleader of this one woman show! I started this business in 2019 in my home state of Indiana, and it has continued to grow here in the Carolinas ever since our move here at the end of 2019, now with more of a focus on weddings! I really can’t envision this business being anywhere else currently but here on the SC/NC border, with frequent trips to both the coast and the mountains- it really is a dream come true (that I’ve had ever since 8th grade 🥹)! I’m also a wife and mother to three little angels who are my whole world!

This is so much more to me than just a photography business, I truly care for you and your memories, and it’s the honor of a lifetime to be entrusted with preserving them for you. Authenticity is what I strive for in every aspect of my life, including your memories. You shouldn’t feel the need to perform or to be perfect in front of my camera, I guide you through natural poses that highlight your genuine connection, and catch all the in between candid moments as well.

My heart for service is also at the center of this business. The Lord has always placed the need to serve others within me, and I’ve found that this is the perfect way to do so, along with my absolute passion for photography. I hope to bring His love to whatever season of life that you’re in, and be a calming, comforting presence to you.

The Providence Cotton Mill will always be one of my favorite places to create magic at! I still need to share Ali & Michael’s wedding photos, but I absolutely had to show off Ali’s bridals from here first! 😍

It’s been over a week and I still haven’t fully processed how absolutely stunning Anna and Wyatt’s day was!!!

It took place at a family home on Lake Hartwell and Anna’s vision fully came to life with the help of the incredible . Every detail was perfect, intentional, and simply beautiful.

It also amazed me that Anna & Wyatt were so relaxed and genuine (even with such detailed planning), with a strong emphasis on authentic moments and spending time with their loved ones.

It was definitely one of those pinch me moment days as a wedding photographer, the perfect clients and the perfect team!

Pure JOY! During Hannah & Cole’s couples portraits, I just had to tell them that I think they’re the happiest couple I’ve ever seen get married. I’ve never seen two people more elated, overjoyed, and grateful to be putting their rings on each other or running through a field together. After a long work weekend, their energy was infectious to me and again I was reminded by God that this is why I do what I do and that I love it so incredibly much, even when it’s the heart of busy season and I don’t know if I can push through! This right here is the purpose of having a wedding— it’s not for show, it’s not for content, it’s because you have found the person you’re excited to live the rest of your life with and you want to celebrate that. Thank you Hannah and Cole for your beautiful expression of love in its purest form… to The Sweeneys!!!! 🍾💐
