The rise of the serpent is the remembering of the bridge between earth and ether
the sacred spiral that lives within all things
stretching from root to sky
from flesh to spirit
from instinct to awareness
it teaches us that ascension is not escape
it is deeper embodiment

to root so fully into the earth that we are able to touch the heavens without losing ourselves

As above so below
as below so above
the same rivers that move through the stars move through the body
the same patterns etched into galaxies coil within us waiting to awaken
every step upward asks for devotion to the ground beneath our feet
patience with the unfolding
trust in the spiral
for the serpent does not rise in a straight line
it curves
sheds
softens
transforms

Each transformation she is something new
inside the awakening is expansion
forming
molding
reconstructing

And as its wings unfold 🦋
what once crawled the earth begins to dance with the heavens
not abandoning its roots but carrying them upward becoming the bridge itself
the union of matter and ether
earth and sky
body and infinite spirit
the awakened serpent remembering it was always meant to rise ✨

Breath and Fire✨ Fire and Wind

What you breathe into becomes flame be mindful what you give life to as every thought every word every step feeds a fire within and around you. Some fires consume while others warm the soil enough for seeds to rise. Patience is knowing the difference and watching where your feet land before the next step is taken ✨

There comes a moment where you stop running from the dark and finally let yourself sit inside it long enough to see what it was trying to show you. the shadow was never here to destroy you. it was the soil. the cave. the place where the seed breaks open before it ever reaches the light.

And maybe healing is not becoming untouched by darkness but learning how to dance within it without abandoning yourself, without giving up or giving in, without collapsing into dust and never germinating into something more. learning how to witness your own heart while everything around you asks you to harden. because eventually your eyes adjust. eventually you begin to see your own light glowing back at you from within the dark itself. and that is where the unfolding begins.
