At its core, this wisdom is rooted in ahimsa—it’s about noticing where we may be harsh with ourselves, reactive toward others, or caught in patterns that create subtle harm through burnout, judgment, or disconnection.

Practicing yoga wisdom through the lens of ahimsa means cultivating compassion over reactivity, curiosity over judgment, and patience over force. Happy One Year, Crest & Coast Creative! 🎉✨🩵

It’s hard to put into words how truly grateful I am to be at this point. When launching this business, I had no idea what was going to happen. It was hard to imagine reaching the point of being able to fully support myself and the business full-time. However, I am so happy to report that those worries have eased because of the amazing clients that I have served and continue to serve.

I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without you all. It has truly been an honor to work with every single one of you. Seeing your success is my greatest joy.
