I have a special request! I just ask that you take a quick survey for me so I know exactly what my customers are looking for and value most in their show photography.

This new system I've implemented is working out great as far as waiting until photos are purchased before editing. However, I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my edits and I have noticed most people have been posting the unedited versions my website is sending. I am totally fine with this, no worries there. Although, I have figured out a fix for the website.

I want to make sure that I am utilizing my editing time wisely and I am not spending hours upon hours meticulously editing when the things I am spending so long editing out isn't much of a concern.

❗️VET BILL FLASH SALE ❗️

All show photos are now $5/ea for a very limited amount of time! Prices will go back to $10/ea on Friday June 5th.

This includes the Boyd County Speed Show, Boyd County Rail Show, the Tri-State Equestrian Connection show and any of the shows I’ve done in the past.

All proceeds are going toward the medical expenses of Amigo.

If you are currently awaiting orders from me, please bear with me. I am emotionally and mentally exhausted from today and I need to take the evening off.

I posted that my horse was having some soundness issues. He had his vet visit today and although we have some answers now, they aren’t the easiest of answers to digest. While we are hopeful he can be managed, I am very worried about my boy.

My horse Amigo is an OTTB and racing has taken a toll on his body. He’s only 6 years old and we are dealing with a number of things. First of all, he has an old bowed tendon and had bone chips taken out of his knee. The good news is that the bowed tendon and knee are not bothering him. The bad news is that his navicular bone looks rather suspicious but his vet isn’t definitive on it being navicular disease. His hock is also bothering him and the spacing between the joints are almost fused.

I got Amigo as an eventing partner but came into this with an open mind. If he can’t jump or event, we will manage. However, having previously gone through navicular disease that permanently retired my previous horse, it’s emotionally difficult. His vet does believe he can be managed with some maintenance.

I’ll be back to editing soon and thank you all for understanding. I just worry about my big guy.

Hey y’all I want to give a shout out to Iris equine photography. She’s a new equine photographer starting out and I’m sure she would love all of the love and support this community has to offer. I remember starting out and this journey being so daunting.

📸 Updated Pricing List For 2026 📸

First off, I want to thank you for allowing me to capture all of your beautiful memories. Your encouragement, support, and feedback have been essential in making all of this possible.

Because of the incredible support you’ve given me, I am thrilled to announce I am able to make photography my full-time career! This allows me more time to dedicate to your galleries, and my turn-around time should be much quicker.

As I continue growing professionally and ensuring you receive high quality photos, my prices are also shifting. I’ve always taken great pride in providing affordable, quality photographs. That is still the goal and something I will always strive for.

These prices will go into effect on June 15th. If you have any questions or concerns, I am happy to answer.

A couple of important changes:

⚫️ As of now, horse show prices will still stay the same at $10/photo but are subject to change if necessary. I’m all about transparency and will give a notice if there’s any changes.

⚫️ Gas prices have increased significantly and I will be charging a $40 fee for traveling anywhere outside of 25 miles of Ironton, OH. Travel fees beyond 100 miles will increase and are subject based on location.

Again, thank you so much for all of your support! You have made it all possible and I’m extremely grateful. It has always been a dream to work with horses and I am so thankful to be a part of such an amazing community of equestrians who are just as dedicated to our equine partners.

Photos from Tri-State Equestrian Connection Show #1 are up!

If you are not familiar with my photography, this is how I do things:

*The photos you are viewing are NOT the final product. I edit after the purchase of the photo. You can expect to see background distractions, cars, people, too bright of photos, too dark of photos, etc.. I have all of the tools to edit these. I have included a before and after as an example.

*I do my absolute very best to remove all distractions, however, that is not always possible. I will contact you if this happens.

*If you are hesitant about purchasing a photo before seeing it edited, I am happy to give a preview of one photo.

*When you purchase, my website will automatically send you the unedited version, I will email you the edited documents. Make sure the email on your order form is one you have access to. I am working on fixing this issue.

*I do have bulk discounts available. Currently if you buy 5 photos, you get a free photo. Just make sure you have 6 photos total in your cart and use the coupon code 'TSEC'. If you would like ALL photos of a specific rider, they can be purchased for $100. You must contact me for this so I can sort.

*Please message me for any questions, concerns, help with my website (I've had a few issues), etc.. I am always very willing to help

I had a wonderful day photographing Tri-State Equestrian Connection's first horse show of the year!

I am super thrilled to also say that I will be photographing their future shows as well!
