How lucky am I to be in a holy space, giving thanks for all the many blessings and things I have seen this week? There was so much to see at the Vatican; every direction you looked, there was a piece of history to gaze at. And with Easter around the corner, I was able to see them setting up and getting ready.

The Colosseum was a place where all were welcome, the rich and the enslaved people. Now we come from across the world to get a glimpse of what it might have been like for those during that time. I was breath taken when I reached the front floor, and tears welled in my eyes from joy of being at a place I longed to be.

Life can be a blur during the good and the bad. Life is never perfect. I have always been a perfectionist and even in this photo where one might like the blurriness I find my self fighting if I like it or not. I had no idea that Redondo Pier now has a skate park. I remember when there used to be a carousel in this exact spot, but it was empty and not utilized for years. Going to Redondo Pier holds so many special memories with my family. Now, others can make different memories with the skate park.

Hi, my name is Christine, and I love taking candid photos, and on rare occasions, I’m caught in a candid photo doing what I love. …Photo credit 📸 I took a small class photo class in high school, and I guess I have always had an eye for a shoot that others might enjoy. I don’t know where my photography will take me I do know I will be where I need to be when I need to be there ❤️
