This is a little sneak peek for Whitney...whose pictures I took up in Suncadia on Sunday night. We had to dodge some winds but we had beautiful clear skies!

This picture speaks to me right now! It's been a whirlwind 10 days. In that time we negotiated the purchase of a house (on a lake!), cleaned and decluttered our current house, listed it and accepted a full price offer on it. All while both of us are in the middle of busy season for work. Crazy and stressful and exciting and thrilling!

How are these giant boys my little baby nephews?! They are huge! Jack is leaving for college in about 10 days. I can’t believe that either! We snuck in a quick family session before he heads off on his next big adventure. ♥️

A couple more of Harris and his parents. Family pictures are so important that I always do a quick family session and the start of my senior sessions. The hardest part of that is often gathering the whole family! Worth it!!

As promised…here are my favorites from Lova’s session. It was a magical night collaborating with her for her senior pictures. Except for the one spot I warned her about having the occasional snake. We saw SEVEN that night. Neither one of us enjoyed that so I will not be using that spot again. Eek!

In the past 15 years I’ve been going to Luther Burbank I’ve never run into it being closed. And wouldn’t you know it, I had a session there! That’s exactly why I show up to my sessions at least 30 minutes early. To check all my spots (even if I’d just been there) and make sure all was well. The good news is Harris and his parents were okay with calling an audible. Whew! We still had a lot of fun…just in a different spot!

These furry friends (Alfred and Nobel…the family is Swedish. 😂) were quite receptive to my annoying high pitched noises. But they were ALSO excellent assistants. When they decided to clean my face with their tongues, while I was shooting their family, the human expressions got even better! Good Boiiiiiisss! (Swipe to see next picture)
