Parker may not love having his picture taken, but put him in the outdoors and it all starts to feel a little more natural. 🏹🎣🌲

His family came all the way from New York to one of their favorite places—Jackman, Maine—to celebrate this chapter with him. And there couldn’t have been a more fitting backdrop for a senior who loves hunting, fishing, and spending time outside.

We got some great photos, explored the outdoors, and I also learned that my survival skills are apparently questionable… because I let Parker knock an arrow and point his bow directly at me. 😂🏹 10/10 would not recommend. 10/10 made for a great photo.

Congratulations, Parker! Here’s to everything waiting for you beyond the mountains. 🤎🌲

A little fog, a lot of ocean, and the kind of day you wish you could bottle up forever. 🌊

We took this senior session on the road and headed down to Acadia National Park, and I think the coast was the perfect place to celebrate this next chapter.

I’ve had the honor of photographing this family for years, so getting to focus this session on Natalee was especially fun. She’s one of those people I’ve gotten to know far beyond the camera, and I’m pretty lucky to call her a friend. 🤍

From barefoot in the water to sitting on the cliffs with the ocean stretching out behind her, we got a little bit of everything — including some very Maine fog that decided to join us for the day.

Senior year looks pretty good on you. ✨

Some days just feel a little more special. 🤍

This one was especially close to home—literally and figuratively.

I had the sweetest honor of photographing this intimate backyard wedding right here in my hometown in Maine. I went to school with the groom, so getting to come back years later and document such an important chapter of his life felt incredibly full-circle.

It was one of those days where you could genuinely feel the love in every moment. The quiet glances, the laughs, the happy tears, the way they looked at each other, and all the little moments in between. It wasn’t a huge wedding or an elaborate venue—it was simply two people surrounded by the people who love them most, celebrating the beginning of their next chapter.

And of course, because it’s Maine, the rain decided to make an appearance. ☔️ But even that couldn’t take away from the day. If anything, it made it feel even more like home.

Some photo sessions are beautiful because of the setting, and some are beautiful because of the people in them. This one was both. Between the cows, ducks, a very vocal donkey, and so many genuine laughs, what stood out most was the love between this mama and her girl. The way they smiled at each other, the comfort, the joy—it’s the kind of connection you can feel without a word being spoken. Capturing love like this is always such a reminder that the simplest moments often become the most meaningful 🤍

A baby boy, a small town, and a story that already feels like home 🤎

David & Sarah are preparing to meet their little one, right here in the life they’ve built — dirt roads, early mornings, hard work, and a whole lot of love. He runs his logging business, she keeps everything grounded, and together they’re creating something even bigger than both of them.

Incorporating his work into their session wasn’t just an idea… it’s their reality. And that’s what made this so meaningful.

(And let’s talk about that woodpile for a second… because I am OBSESSED.)

This one hits a little closer to home 🤍

I’ve known Skye long before photography was even a thing for me… and now I get to be the one capturing these moments for her. Watching her step into this season again, with Madelynn by her side, is just the sweetest thing.

We kept this whole session simple — right in their backyard, where their real life happens. No big setup, just genuine moments, love, and a growing family.
