Part one of Holly + Shawn. 🤍💍

I get so excited when sunrise is requested. While it can be hard waking up, it’s always worth it. Especially in the Tetons 🗻 there’s a small window of time where the alpenglow illuminates the magestic peaks. Wildlife are out and about. 🫎

Cradled by the sea. 🌊

She’s unforgiving and generous. She’s painful yet comforting.

I spent the last week in Oahu, Hawaii learning underwater photography at a mentorship, swimming with sharks, and practicing freediving! I am not the best freediver, but after being recorded underwater and reviewing the footage - I know what I need to work on.

Cant wait to share more from this week. Grateful for my fiance Jake for being willing to brave the sun and waves to photograph these shots for me. I’m not usually the one in front of the camera. But I do love these photos 🤍

A Western love story set against the moody surroundings of the Teton range on an early June Wednesday. 🤍 Tori + JK traveled up from Texas with their closest loved ones to celebrate and get married in Grand Teton National Park. These two are certainly special. We had so much fun exploring and even in the planning process leading up to. It was so nice to get to know them. They even asked me to be a witness on their marriage license. 🥺 Forever grateful to be a part of these memories. Congratulations!

Sharing some highlights from Sam & Matt’s wedding this past weekend. Sam got ready in their home with their fur babies and her girls before we headed over to their venue local to their home. It was an overcast drizzly rain day with beautiful cloud cover that offset perfectly with her choice of colorful flowers. 💐

Vows 💍 can be such an important part of a wedding or elopement day if you want them to be! When you get to share with your partner all the things you love most about them and to make that commitment. When most people think of vows, they think of the “I do” or them being spoken at the formal ceremony. But there are different ways you can approach your vows on your day.

A full day elopement experience in Moab, Utah. 🌵🏜️

A lot of couples come to me and question how they can make a full day of their elopement, only thinking about the ceremony and some photos after. But the truth is, your elopement can be a full day experience! Having 12 hours of complete adventure or intentional time spent with each other gives you room to create a day that is truly, fully, and uniquely yours.

For Laura + Hugo - they traveled up from Colorado with their dog Pongo and chose Moab, Utah for their elopement day. Moab is truly an otherworldly, jaw-dropping, desert playground full of possibility. Vast landscapes, lots of outdoor recreation, tons of room for activities!

They started off their elopement day getting ready at a cave Airbnb (I mean com’on how freaking cool! Folks, don’t be afraid to splurge on your accommodation or find something unique, your accommodation sets the tone for the start of the day.) Followed by a first look and some jeeping to their ceremony spot.

Secluded & on (what felt like) the top of the world, they shared their vows. As the sun set the wind was blowing, the moon was out, and they ended their evening with a first dance bathed in moonlight and stargazing as the world went quiet.

This is a perfect example of what a full day elopement experience looks like. I’d love to help you plan yours!

An Acadia National Park micro-wedding. Hannah & Andrew got engaged in Acadia National Park and a little while later planned to get married there. They spent their morning getting ready separately alongside their closest loved ones at the Claremont Hotel on the coast of Maine.

Hannah walked down the ‘aisle’ in Acadia surrounded by the ocean, trees, & cliffs. It was peaceful, the weather was perfect, & so was their intimate ceremony.

Afterwards we explored some of Acadia’s gems before they went back to celebrate the evening away with their guests & family.
