To anyone who feels like giving up this week, this is your sign to keep going.

Building something is hard. Some weeks the wins are quiet, the progress feels invisible, and you wonder if any of it is working. I know that feeling more than I let on.

But just because you can't see the growth doesn't mean it isn't happening. Seeds do their best work underground, in the waiting, long before anything breaks the surface. Your faithfulness right now is not wasted. It's roots.

Keep showing up. Keep trusting.

Want your press ons to actually go the distance? Save this. 🌱

A few simple things make all the difference:
1. Start with clean, dry nails and wipe them with alcohol so there's no oil left behind.
2. Press firmly, especially on the edges, to really seal them.
3. Wait an hour before water so the adhesive sets.
4. Skip oils and lotions for 24 hours if you can.

Help me settle a fall debate.

When you picture your dream fall session, which backdrop are you drawn to?

Option 1: A golden field, tall grass, and warm honey light.
Option 2: A colorful wooded trail with all those changing leaves.

Honestly, I love them both. A field feels open and dreamy, while the trees feel cozy and rich with color. You truly can't go wrong this time of year.

Moments like these are why I do what I do.

I can't stop looking back at this session. There was so much genuine joy and easy connection, the kind of afternoon where everyone relaxed and the real moments just happened on their own. Those in between glances and honest laughs are always my favorite to capture.

Getting to freeze a moment like this for a family to hold onto forever is the greatest gift. Thank you for trusting me with your people.
