If you’ve been in the studio, there’s a good chance you’ve met Kayleigh. She’s one of the friendly faces behind the scenes, assisting renters, fixing the little details, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

She’s now stepping into a bigger role in the studio, including in-house photography and more creative work behind the scenes, so it felt like the perfect time to get some updated portraits of her 🥰

I always like to share this upfront 🤍

We don’t offer posed or wrapped newborn photography. That truly is a skill, and we leave that to photographers who specialize in it.

What I focus on with newborn sessions is connection.

The way your baby fits in your arms, the way you look at them, the quiet, in-between moments that already mean everything.

And doing this in the studio makes it so much easier on you. You still get that cozy, at-home feel with soft natural light and a clean, minimal space… without the pressure of having to get your house ready right after having a baby.

With these sessions, you never really know what you’re going to get. Sleepy or wide awake. Calm or curious. And that’s what makes it real.

When everything just clicks 📷

This session was such a reminder of what happens when you have the right space and the right people in it.

We kept it simple and intentional, letting the light, tones, and movement of the studio do the work. We used the new curtain track feature at Jax Mini Sessions Studio to shift between looks, and it made it so easy to create variety without ever breaking the flow.

And the team on this one… so good.

Our studio assistant Layla stepped in to model after covering our morning rentals and completely owned it in front of the camera. While brought the glow with makeup that photographed flawlessly in every lighting setup. And styled this SO beautifully with pieces that felt elevated, cohesive, and effortless on camera and she’s right here in our plaza, which makes it so easy to refer clients to her

Sessions like this are my favorite.
No overcomplicating.
Just a strong vision, a solid team, and space to create.

Behind the scenes of a content day in the studio ✨

was in the studio filming social media content for , who is enrolled in Brittney’s Realtor Social Media Program.

While they were capturing reels and video content, Lezley added on a mini branding portrait session with me so she could also have professional photos to use for her marketing.

While Brittney focused on the video side, I captured photos that can be used for:
• Reel cover images
• Social media posts
• Website and marketing materials
• Print promotions

I love when clients take advantage of their time in the studio to create multiple types of content in one session. It’s such an efficient way to build a strong visual brand.

This branding session with Brittney of was all about keeping things relaxed and letting her personality shine through.

Some of my favorite photos to capture are of women.

There’s something really special about watching a woman step in front of the camera and slowly relax into herself… seeing her confidence come out, seeing her smile change, seeing her realize how beautiful she truly is.

Over the years I’ve photographed women in so many seasons of life, and every single one of them has a story.

is built by talented women who truly care about their craft and the people they serve. I’ve personally had my brows done by the owner, Barbara, and I honestly can’t say enough great things about her work. She is so talented, incredibly detailed, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. On top of that, she’s also an educator in the beauty industry, helping train and elevate other artists.

The entire team carries that same level of professionalism, kindness, and passion. When you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed and taken care of, and the results speak for themselves.

It was such an honor to photograph these amazing women and capture images that represent the faces behind the brand.
